In a practical example, we once recommended the changeover from slide-bearing elements to special ball-bearing elements in a production line. Another example of such synergy effects is the targeted testing and calculation of the dimensioning of the properties of the bearings or components used. We experience time and again that supposedly suitable bearings are used because they are quickly available as standard bearings and can be used in accordance with DIN standards, but their quality is oversized for the customer's individual application. 

Individually calculated and costed, solution-adapted alternatives can be found that achieve significant cost savings, especially in series and mass production, by replacing just such a bearing with an adapted bearing that is reduced in quality, saves costs and is still completely sufficient.

This varies greatly depending on the initial and informational situation of the implementation and planning of the project as well as many other factors. It is also decisive whether it is a development order, a feasibility check, a calculation, a sample delivery, a series release, a series production or a stocking and delivery by FUD. Do you need all of these services or only parts of them?

This makes it very variable how long such a process can take. Anything from a few months to a year is possible. Basically, the further away a component is from series production, the longer a process takes. We can provide special projects in just a few weeks.
