Our customer, Ulrich Rotte Anlagenbau und Fördertechnik GmbH, is a renowned plant manufacturer and expert in conveyor technology. Its state-of-the-art machines play a crucial role in the efficient transportation and storage of products for its customers. In order to fill a stacking magazine optimally, a precise linear axis was required for the insertion function.

Should a repair be necessary, it can even be carried out by personnel who are not specially trained. This eliminates the annoying need for a complete replacement with long delivery times. It also eliminates the need to keep spare axles in stock, which is usually the case. With us, you get a reliable solution without unnecessary expense.

Solution
The linear axes are made of high-quality drawn aluminum carrier profiles and are equipped with deflection heads for the reliable toothed belt drive. The installed recirculating ball bearing guides comply with the common DIN dimensions and are easily accessible as they are directly attached to the ALU carrier profile. The linear guides can be replaced without time-consuming disassembly of the entire axis. In addition, the axes can be relubricated centrally and offer long lubrication intervals for easy maintenance.

FUD specific linear axes - linear technology for your specific requirements

The linear feed units of the Eco series have been developed to achieve the greatest possible effectiveness in simple designs while maintaining the highest standards. They consist of self-supporting extruded aluminum profiles on which linear guides with high load ratings are mounted. They are driven by a polyurethane toothed belt with steel tension members and AT profile.

The linear feed units of the ECO series are available in sizes 30, 50 and 80, thus enabling designers and users to make an ideal selection for the individual application in terms of mass, speed and acceleration.
