In many industrial plants, such as in the asphalt industry, foundries and smelting furnaces, harmful dusts are produced. These must be filtered using special filter systems in order to protect production and the environment. This requires special storage and running technology.

Our customers need special rollers for their filter systems to cope with the high temperatures and aggressive dusts.

For high temperatures in abrasive environments, the track roller requires special roller bearings with specific properties.
Solution
For use in special environments, two FUD Specific bearings are used, which are lubricated with a special grease and equipped with a specially designed special seal.
