Our customer, Ulrich Rotte Anlagenbau und Fördertechnik GmbH, is a renowned plant manufacturer and expert in conveyor technology. Its state-of-the-art machines play a crucial role in the efficient transportation and storage of products for its customers. In order to fill a stacking magazine optimally, a precise linear axis was required for the insertion function.

Solution approach
Thanks to our many years of expertise, we have designed our ECO axles to be simple and easy to service. If a repair is required, it can even be carried out by non-specialist personnel. This eliminates the annoying need for a complete replacement with long delivery times. The usual stocking of replacement axles is also eliminated. We provide you with a reliable solution without unnecessary expense.

Solution
The linear axes are made of high-quality drawn aluminum support profiles and are equipped with deflection heads for the reliable toothed belt drive. The installed recirculating ball bearing guides comply with the standard DIN dimensions and are easily accessible as they are attached directly to the aluminum support profile. The linear guides can be replaced without having to disassemble the entire axis. In addition, the axes can be relubricated centrally and offer long lubrication intervals for easy maintenance.

FUD specific linear axes - linear technology for your special requirements

The linear feed units in the Eco series have been developed to achieve the greatest possible efficiency in simple designs while maintaining the highest standards. They consist of self-supporting extruded aluminum profiles on which linear guides with high load ratings are mounted. They are driven by a polyurethane toothed belt with steel tension members and AT profile.

The linear feed units in the ECO series are available in sizes 30, 50 and 80, allowing designers and users to make the ideal choice for individual applications in terms of mass, speed and acceleration.
